What this service is
PredictIQ Pro provides statistical football match predictions, live scores, fixtures, and related data for informational purposes only. It is not a betting or gambling service — we do not accept wagers, hold funds for wagering, or guarantee any outcome. Predictions are probabilistic estimates from a machine-learning model, not certainties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limit, attempt to circumvent authentication, resell raw API access without a separate agreement, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts & API keys
You're responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Activity under your key is your responsibility. We may suspend keys that violate acceptable use or that we reasonably believe are compromised.
No warranty on predictions
Predictions, probabilities, and expected-goals figures are provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, including wagering decisions made elsewhere. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictIQ Pro is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on predictions or data provided through this service, including any losses related to betting or wagering decisions made using this information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
